To request the use of any church facilities, please contact the church office (585-924-2621 or email) to schedule your event(s) and review our policies and fees for building usage.
You are also welcome ask about prices not listed on the form, including discounts for using several rooms, pricing for using the kitchen, etc. The request form has all the details, but here are the basics:
1. Kids at your event? Stick to the “Two Adult Rule”—make sure at least two adults who don’t live in the same household are present with children, youth, or vulnerable adults at all times.
2. Building access? You’ll receive a code for our lockbox, or someone from the church will be assigned to make sure things are unlocked for you.
3. Problems on the day? You’ll be given contact info for someone you can reach if anything comes up, or you’ll have a volunteer on-site to help coordinate your event.
4. Closing up? Just be sure to leave the room as you found it. And don’t forget your belongings!
